  2. Oh so good to be back. It is amazing how fast lack of exercise and crappy eating get to you. Off the paleo wagon for a week and already hating how I feel. Getting back on. Was a little nervous about coming back after a week. Did better than I thought
    44/70 (along with a box jump crash and burn)/ 104/46 = 264
    Felt good but the shin is really swollen. Still need to visit fran.
