  3. OHS are frikn hard to master in one hour, seriously considered skipping work to do todays wod all over again, guess I just have to wait for olympic lifting next week.

    OK, I don't know why these things happen to me, but today a friend saw me and commented that she could tell I had lost weight and had toned my body. I'm thinking, "yes, and it ain't easy!" Then she told me I wasn't looking so good in another way and that I needed to buy a filler! She is meeting me at WalMart tomorrow to help me pick one out. What am I in for? Hey, Steph, have you seen some of the scores for the push ups? Amazing everyone! 35, 45, 50, 55-f push ups-5 and it wasn't pretty! Maybe a filler will help. Pam
