150 double unders

teams of two or more depending on who shows up.

    Row 2000m
    Then complete as many double unders as you can in the time remaining.

  2. I did fredies revenge. 7:07. Did 185# x 3 155 x 5 then 135 x 5 for the last 3 sets. Really need to work on my olympic lifts.
