  1. This was my first (and maybe last) time coming at 5:30 AM. It was great seeing all the people there! Crowded!
    After all this time conversing back and forth with Lori, this was the first WOD I have done with her--good job Lori!
    Deadlift 335.
    Sprints: 2:25-2:35 range. The last one was slow (my "dipper" gave out!).

    So So happy to Deadlift over 200 again. I haven't been able to do that for months.
