  1. I have a heart condition called 15burpeesx5rest1min so I substituted with 15 burpees x5 rest 2 min. Actually it was a senior moment but I would rather admit to the heart condition. Sorry if I raised the bar for anyone today.

  2. I hate burpees! We did the Iron Mile yesterday and today I feel so strong like the HULK. 31:04 but had to row rather than run. I liked this one.

  4. would have rather been there doing burpees than home in bed with the flu! Sad that I would rather be doing burpees! Hope to be ready to go for Monday.

    Hi,
    Most of you know me as "Pam Saunders little sister" and that I talk too much. Pam will be gone for the rest of the week but I understand she rocked in Tuesdays workout. In her absence I will hide under the rock. Really I want to thank all who have made it easy for litle sisters. CrossFit has done me a world of good.
