First workout in almost 6 months with a 35# kb. I definitely don't have the swing endurance which slowed me down but felt good to be doing the heavy weight. 20:03 rx
So I did this on a treadmill and with a 60# dumbbell. 15: 16 The other treadmill runners did not like me interrupting them from reading their books with my grunting...and I'm sure they were certain I was going to lose the dumbbell and hit them with it. I can't understand why crossfitters get kicked out of regular gyms...

Visited Crossfit Meridian today. Strength wod was 5 sets of 1 press and 5 push press. 115#

Doc, that is a great time on Claudia. Pretty impressive to do more than the rx'd weight! I'd like to take you up on your "call out" but it's almost hunting season so it might be a while before I'm there on a Saturday again.
