  1. Somebody must have sprinkled some pixie dust on me while I slept last night. I woke up this morning and all of a sudden I can do double unders....go figure. The end of the world must be near and hell must be getting really cold about now.

  2. I could have used some of that this morning. My double unders (which normally aren't too bad) we terrible today. lunges 65/65/70/70
    20:53 (red) My pullups were pretty weak today also.

  3. Lunges 95-115-135-145.
    WOD subbed ring rows for pull ups (100 ring rows is still pretty hard). Double unders improved with each round.
    I can't remember my time. 13:something?
