This sounds like such a good one! Im planning on comming back the 15th...I miss crossfit. I know when I come back Im gonna struggle but I know Sam and Parker will push me to get me back to where I was.

7:58. This WOD was a forearm killer and aerobically challenging for me. That means I collapsed on the floor when I was done.
6:41 with Mimi making sure I didn't take big breaks. .
10:19 with the little green band. tore my hands up again.. and they are throbbing tonight!!
11:19 little green band. Pullups were a little better. Hopefully I can get them down soon so I can cut time off :)

so, i looked at my time today and realized it was 9:47, so that isnt that bad...
