Burpee penalty -
for every rep you do not complete
during the 10 min, you will be charged
5 burpees.

  4. Squat cleans at 115 lbs. No burpees, so maybe I used too light of a weight. I did finally for the first time feel like I was "getting" the squat clean form!

  6. 135# to maintain and practice good form no burpee penalty. Although I guess I should have done some for fun since everyone else did. Now I feel like a puss

  7. Sqaut cleans. 65# more skill work than anything. 15 burpees for fun. ( okay not fun but because sam told me too)
