Squat cleans at 115 lbs. No burpees, so maybe I used too light of a weight. I did finally for the first time feel like I was "getting" the squat clean form!
135# to maintain and practice good form no burpee penalty. Although I guess I should have done some for fun since everyone else did. Now I feel like a puss
completed all 10 @ 75#... 15 burpees for "fun" :) skill work on cleans and split-jerk.
