  7. 11:56 but not as rx'd. I did 150 singles, 25 squats, 25 sit ups; 120 singles, 20 squats, 20 sit ups; 90 singles, 15 squats, 15 sit ups; 60 singles, 10 squats, 10 sit ups; 30 singles, 5 squats, 5 sit ups. Hope my shoulder heals soon so my workouts can be normal again.
