For those interested, the Mystery WOD was a point-based work out. You could ear four points by doing muscle ups, rope climbs, etc., three points by doing 10 2POOD swings, 10 GHD sit ups, 25 unbroken DUs, etc. and 2 points by doing 10 pull ups, 20 sit ups, 30 squats etc. 3 Teams of 3, everybody working at the same time. Two rounds--the first was how fast to accumulate 125 points. The second, how many points in 10 minutes. The team work outs are always pretty fun.
