    WB 25. Pullups 20. KB swings (2 pood) 25. Push ups 41. Double unders 33.
    Cool stuff: around 8-10 of my wall ball throws didn't count (missed the wall etc.) so if I was more coordinated I'd have 35. My grip is what gave out on my pullups-- my shoulders could have done more. The last time I did AMRAP KB swings, I did 33 at 1.5 Pood. This time I did 25 at 2 pood. And double unders? My previous best was 18! Progress is nice!

  3. way to go on the heavy kb swings Doc, and pushups. Wallballs 38, 21 pullups, 16 kb swings with 1.5 pood which was a first for me and pretty heavy, 21 pushups, forearms burning at this point, and I managed 18 doubleunders after all that. Good wod as always.

  4. Good wod! I need to work on my mental block...during the workout I feel like I'm giving it my all but when its done I feel like I could've pushed a little more. On a positive note, I did a no band pull up!

  5. Bad day for me, have abit of a hangover from flu last week. 53 thrusters with 45# 27 pullups 27 kbswings 45# plate, 47 pushups.
