Improved on all lifts, taking my total up to 603! Very excited, did not even cross my mind I would or could get over 600 mark. Squat 225 Press 91.5 Dead 286.5
I only have 300# so I'm not sure what my 1rm dl is but any way here are my # DL 300# back squat 285# shoulder press 155# total is 740# I also finally got a real jumprope for christmas so I jumped for about 15 min, mixing regular jumping alternating oneleg jumping and double unders. I forgot how enjoyable jumprope can be.
Couldn't push press with my shoulder. Back - 176 pr. Dead- 236. For 412. I looked at my first crossfit total. It was 416. Feeling pretty good I just about beat it with my legs only. Wow what an improvement in a year.
sad day for me. haha. back still not too good. so i did skill work on deadlifts.. my butt keeps winkin' ;) hehe. anyway... 305 was my score.
