  1. Injured my shoulder last week. Had to take a few days off. I didn't realize how much I missed it until you can't do it. Had to alter the workout today. Did 3 rounds 500m row/ 50 squats. 13:46 Wow! Legs were burning. Thanks Sam for helping me out. I really appreciate it.

This one hurt too, but in a diffrent way than yesterday. 11:20, Sam helped me get through the pullups in sets of 8 then 7, if it was up to me, I would have done then in sets of 2 and 3, so thanks for the push Sam. Forearms burning again for the 3erd time this week, contemplating getting an anchor tattooed on them after this week!

    Maybe I'm having a senior moment but I don't remember anything being as hard as this. Pullups were horrible. Merry Christmas muscles. 20:18 Pam
