  2. i did "mary" , 6 rds + 9 pullups. i was hurting this morning, but did a lot better on my handstand pushups, so that was good.

  6. 14 rds., I like it, and I don't.
    Improvment for sure, I hit my goal, next time anything over 16 rds. Way to go DOC! YOu lapped me at some point.

  8. 15 round plus 4 pull ups. I used the thin green band this time and improved my number of rounds by 2 so it was pretty good for me. It hurts!!
