7:39. I did this behind 2's. I used 50# dumbells and a 24 inch box. The hang power cleans were my weakness. Today I ate:3 eggs, tomato, spinach.Tuna, tomato, avocado, red pepper, sprouts.Larabar.Chicken, shrimp, brocolli, cauliflower, peppers, onion, lettuce, tomato, sprouts and avocado. Tonight in my dreams I will eat 2 large brown cows.
