Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

65/95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
65/95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
65/95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

  3. Back is still tight from the deadlifts, and my back knotted up today. This was really hard for me.

    bananas, jerky chicken salad with carrots and celery, peaches, chicken, salad with eggs, and mushrooms, vin and oil dressing

  4. Cody-6 rounds + 5 thrusters + 3 hang cleans with 95#.

    Benson-8 rounds + 3 thrusters I think with 95#.

    This workout sucks.
