  1. 7:49 today, i wanted under 7 minutes, but it was over a minute improvement from last time. pretty happy with my time.

  4. 11:25 65# and thick green band for pull-ups. hate thrusters with a passion!!!! kicked my butt. next time i see her, i am punching her in the face. :)
