  2. 2:48/2:48/2:44/2:44.. at least i was consistent! improved by 31 seconds from a 400 m sprint about a month and a half back.
    i will be posting my food from the previous day when i do my postings. so yesterdays intake was:
    3 eggs seasoned with pepper, apple, almond butter, turkey, broccoli, cauliflower, red and green bell peppers, strawberries, honey dew, cantaloupe, grapes, cashews, muscle milk (after workout) 0 points.. so far at 50 points for the week.
