    This was a humbling workout. It highlighted my weaknesses ie. toes to bar,deadlift 95#. Thanks for all the support. Pam

  3. 23 minutes even. I only did a 185# deadlift. My calves and shins are still killing me from pose running the mile a few WODs back.

    14:30...115# some toes to bar, some knees to elbow. My hands are killin me!:)

  5. 18:16, 135# deadlift. My toes to bar are terrible but I did as many all the way to the bar as I could and then as high as I could after that--much better than I used to be anyway.

    lori 29:00 175# but didn't get the t2b. Did my best.
