  1. These are approximate times--I forgot to remember the exact times: 2:40 (ring rows instead of PUs), 4:40 (Burpees), 2:50 Box jumps; total 10:10ish. Quite aerobically challenging!

    My husband wants to know why I can't stir the soup after doing 50 pull ups. I think I did them in 9 something minutes and had to use two bands. Pam

  5. i think i was 12:39ish... cant remember the seconds. anyway.. good wod! almost killed me! went at 5:30am then came home and slept for 3 hours! haha

  6. I took a rest day yesterday. After 1 hour of sleep on AB 2, I was hammered.
    So today I did yesterday's WOD:
    Pull ups-2:38.
    Burpees-3:55.
    Box Jumps-3:03.

    Good WOD.
