Upped the game at the gym today and did 30"/24" instead for the jumps. Nice work Cody for upping the jumps as well. Had alot of people for a Saturday. Good to see. Lets keep it up. Everyone did a good job today. Hope everyone is doing well with food choices. Seeing some good dedication from everyone. 2 weeks down. Stay away from the cupcakes Pam.
Does that mean I can have cupcakes!! 14:57, not too too bad I guess, glad I went to the 9 a.m. class so it was not so crowded. Doing a lot better this week on paleo, getting used to it.
Truly found out that people eat like crap. Went to a family reunion today. The only thing I could eat was the watermelon. Wow! that was an eye opener. Good thing I ate before I went.
Crap! I can't remember my time. It was not too fast. I liked the WOD though. And I have never seen so many people there on a Saturday!
