8x200m sprint @ 100% effort
begin each sprint every 3 min on the min.

    Fastest- 42 sec.
    Slowest 52 sec.
    25 burpees

    Felt good to be back at it after vacation.

  2. I might be slow but I'm consistent! Fastest was 46 (six times), slowest 47 (two times), 3 burpees.

    slowest was 43
    so I had to do 15 burpees, way to stay consistant Jen!
