  1. Squat 266 (PR), press 120, Deadlift 360 (PR). Total 746. Parker and Sam have brought me a long way since I started!

  2. squat was 156(PR by almost 30#), press 85 (PR by 10#) and 195 on deadlift (down 15#), so total score was 436. really good day for me, actually.

  3. squat 175 PR, press 7o.5, and 245 PR deadlift total was 490.5 deadlift felt good 40lb increase:) Thanks for the great coaching Parker

  6. Back Squat, 156#; Press 65#; Dead Lift 195#. I was so excited to improve by so much, especially Dead Lift--50# more than last time. Upper body still needs a lot of work but all of these were PR's for me. Crossfit Total: 416
