  1. did 65# 5 reps, but thats it. my shoulder was really bothering me.
    my burpee times were 1:18 and 1:21, so not my best day of crossfittin'.

  7. Wow, embarrassing to post but I did this one at home since I couldn't make it in and I am sooooo out of shape from the last few weeks. Anyway, I did 55#X5, 60#X3(I tried it one more time and did 3 more reps but not all five), 55#X5. Burpees were 1:42 and then 2:05.
