Sore shoulder! so I did 75# plus hgd situps and ring rows. I won't post my time since my workout was much easier than ya'lls. Kudo's to Mitch, who did the full RX'd work out!
44:04 as rxed. Thrusters are a lot harder when you haven't done them for a while. I had to really split them up. I was finishing the 6 rep cycle when a run came in and it helped me push through the last set.

ReplyDeleteTime was 33:36, not impressive. My hands ripped bad so it was very hard to move fast on k2e and pullups.
yes.. i agree with mimi! tough one today. my hands ripped also...

Welcome to the club. Mine are almost as bad as last time. It took me 44:32 since I was doing them one at a time. gotta love it!
