Hit crossfit park city again. Eric and chris are almost as cool as Parker and Sam. Snatch high pull 85 max Muscle snatch 45 max Amrap 7 min 7 wb 7 pushups 7situp w med ball 5 rds + 7wb + 7pushup + 2 situp I think i have done enough pushups for this week :)
Saturday: I did a variation of Monday's work out (which I had missed). 400 meter row, 15 85# Thrusters, 30 situps four rounds. 21:something. Personal record: In warmups, I did 3 sets of 10 consecutive pullups without stopping--never done that before!
