4:01 Brother of Smiley...Don't you work with the internet? Crossfit.com demo's all the excercise movements if you ever are lost...but just in case your connection is down...set up a 95# bar on the floor. Grab it with both hands in the middle with just a few inches between. Use a semiwide stance squat down and then stand up and lift the bar up to your adams apple. Set it down and repeat. :) And leave the pudding in the fridge...that's not paleo!!
9:30. Smiley was kind enough to tell me what knees-to-elbows are. When he finished I said, "Oh, that's easy." Spoken like someone who had definitely never done knees-to-elbows before.
5:41, good time, certianly not nearly as good as Brandon and Smiley! My k2e could use some work, but good wod. Did some snach work and death by burpees in the a.m. and rope climb technique after this wod.
