  1. 126 x 4, 6:48 I quickly learned to look to the side when you're tired and having to do clapping pushups!

  2. Was just happy to be able to press again on the shoulder. (I know Sam, my technique still needs work.) 35x5, 40.5 x 5, 45 x 5 (twice)

Couldn't clap on the pushups but did get the hands off the ground on most of them. 7:40 (35#)

7:42 with a 44# kb, the landing on the clapping pushups are what got me, and clapping pushups in general, good wod. I liked the 1 second up, 0 seconds at the top, and 2 seconds down on strict pullups. This technique works well on strick pullups, better than hanging at the bottom and losing momentum.
