    75 box jumps. Started out with knee-high box for fifty, added three inches to finish. A pretty quick time, 3:30, so next time I'll use a higher box.

    We had a babysitter today, so I got to work out with Smiley's Brother's wife today, a nice bonus.

  3. Great work out today. Answer to yesterday's question: I have found that WODs that I think will be not so hard sometimes are very hard and vice versa. And you get the most benefit from the work outs that you are weakest at and fear the most (for me, that is wall balls). The most important Rx is showing up!

    Next time your at the gym could everybody sign our "Keep smiley coming to the gym" petition. If we get enough signatures we can give it to his mom and she can make him go everyday (even after sectionals)

    169 unbroken double unders for our fearless leader. Not bad for someone with a numb foot. I got tired just watching.

  6. What a fun WOD. Was fun to have Sam train with us (and get a new record of 169 unbroken double unders no less), when Doc ended up partner-less :)

    I eat pizza if I'm going to cheat. Not necessarily on days off either. Sometimes within a couple meals following a really really hard workout. But not too often, just every once in a while. And not much lately either, as the opens are coming :)

  7. cheat days for me involve 3 pieces of pizza, dosent matter what is on it, and more than 3 beers, and some popcorn! Man I love my cheat days!
