  1. 120x5 on 85% bench, with 5 sets of 15 chest to bar pullups, which are so increadibly diffrent than regular pullups.
    12:04 on wod, rest day tommrrow!
    Good job Matt for doing rx wod, wondering what Bond and Smileys times were today, possibly a first this week that I have beat Smiley!

    Double unders and rowing in the same WOD. UMMMM! 16:55. Did get a pr of 33 consecutive double unders. YEAH!

  6. 221 x 3 on bench with 5 sets of 20 c2b pullups. I got the first set unbroken but it was downhill after that. The wod kicked my butt and destroyed my dignity...I don't remember the exact time but it was 35 minutes plus...it's not a good sign when you're only half way through your wod and Sam is turning off the lights and locking the door! Damn the double-under!! I'm holding my voodoo Coach Glassman doll, "No double-unders at sectionals. No double-unders at sectionals."

  7. Smiley. I am looking into the future right now (I can do that sometimes) and I see that ther WILL be double unders at Sectionals. The good news is that if I can learn to do them (a klutz), YOU can learn to do them (a stud).
