    Wish I were better at those push press,push jerk; those movements still feel awkward to me.

    Still have some shoulder issues on some exercises. This one being one of them.

    Since we already listed our dislikes (mine obviously being shoulder work right now)
    I will answer the cheat day question. My only response is that it is definitely time for another paleo challenge.

    least favorite movement would have to be hspu. I like snach and I am getting more comfterable with overhead squats. There is almost not enough time in the day to perfect every movement, but I will sure try.

  6. 165 x 6 (should have been 175 to have been 95%. I miscalculated). I forgot myu time--much longer than Jaime! I did my HSPUs with my legs hooked on a bar.
    Movements I am weak at: Anything snatch-like, In fact, all of the Olympic lifts need work. Rope-climb. Pistols. HSPUs. Regular PUs. Burpees. This list is getting long! How about this: I need work on pretty much everything.
    If I am tempted by something I love that is not on my diet (like bruschetta--yum!) I try to eat just a little and not gorge. If I eat too many white carbs, I do not feel well afterwards and that alone helps to keep me honest!

I have a really bad feeling in my legs right now, can hardly wait until I try to get out of bed tommorow morning and land on my face, but for right now I'm just enjoying the fact that I finally beat my Mom at a wod!! Wish I could do 170 consecutive double unders...it'd do my self esteem good to beat the coaches at something...cheat foods would be whatever and whenever my wife or mom pull any baked item out of the oven and Reeds Dairy chocolate milk with any flavor ice cream...If life were longer I would be more paleo-strict, but as it is...

  8. 237 x2 WOD 14:37 Clapping push ups instead, Not real comfortable with HSPU. I enjoy all olympic lifts. I dislike anything with more than 3 rounds and multiple movements (burpee boxjumps) :( Over all crossfit is great and Sam and Parker are great coaches

  9. Bench press 5@ 75, 3@ 85, 1@ 95. Time: 12:11, subbed strict pull ups (with blue band) for the HSPU's. I pretty much wish I was more comfortable with everything but for some reason box jumps still have me freaked out. I struggle with those mentally more than anything. I'm not as strong as I would like but I feel comfortable with most everything else, just need to keep working on form and getting stronger.

  10. i hate double unders, so much. i also hate deadlifts too, mostly bc i cant get them and feel way weak on them. i like what Mimi hates. so cheat days... i like my chocolate, and being pregnant gives me too much of a reason to eat more of it that i should. on a side note, only a few more weeks of being "pregnant cortney", yes :)
