    I finally was able to do double unders in a wod albeit one at a time. I don't get how you girls are able to raise your legs and put those jumps together.

  3. Rest mobility WOD for me. It is psychologically hard for me to voluntarily miss a work out but it is for the best in the long run!

  5. i think that i got 7 rounds+ 5 ohs (maybe 8 rds, i dont remember). did 65# on the ohs and used the red band on ring dips, and did 10 double unders then switched to singles. good workout for me, despite being so massively slow. less than 6 weeks until i have this little guy, i can make it, right?!!
