talk about frustrating!!! did grace last time in 4:08 at 75#, did it today 13:41 at 85#...something looks wrong with that picture!! its crazy how much difference 10 pounds makes to be able to clean. jerk was fine.. clean... not so much!
Well so you all know. Steph rocked this morning. She did more weight and did awesome. I on the other hand was happy to lift more weight than a pvc pipe. First real weight on the shoulder in weeks. Stinks when with on arm you feel like you are lifting nothing while the other arm is dying. 4:25 with 35#.
First wod in a while. Had a very busy week and a half. 9:08 with135# felt pretty good should have pushed a little harder. Not sure if we were supposed to do the full clean and jerk from ground every time, but that's what I did. Good workout had a lotta fun. Olympic liffts are deffinately a weekness.

4:53 using 105 lbs. It turns out I could have used more weight--at least 115, maybe even 125. Next time!
