  10. 225 on the bench 20 less than my pr :(. 6 rounds of 20 unbroken pull ups between each rep. Also did mainsite wod this morning subbing 500m rows for the runs (21,18,15,12 of 225# deadlifts with 400m run between each). I'll have to do my burpees tommorow. My belly still hurts.
