  2. Thought I was at the wrong place this morning. I am not used to that many people. It was great! Welcome to our visitors from out of state. Subbed 35# kbhp for thrusters. used blue band for pullups to compensate for shoulder.
    12 rds + 10 kbhp. Feels good to be able to do some even if it isn't where I was before. Getting better though. :)

  3. Yes, welcome back Sam and Julia indeed. AMRAP Fran! WTF, glad I survived. Almost lost my cookies on rd 2, on all fours by rd 6, but so was everyone else I woded with, great job everyone!

    So glad to hear I am not alone. Kicked my trash! This is one I needed to do in the gym with some extra support.
    9 rounds+1 thruster (3 rounds with 65#, 6 with 45#) subd push ups. Had to drop weight because of shoulder.

  6. 8 rounds plus 5 thrusters. Brandon beat me by one thruster; Mimi by two. (of course, they were both going Rx and I was using 75# but we wont mention that!) Also, great job to Emily and Cort.
