  3. 91-21-70. I did not do well on DUs. The key when you are tired is to relax those arms (Parker and Sam have been telling me this for some time but I am just now understanding).

  8. This truely was a fun work-out. Lest you get the wrong idea, Sam, it was still a work-out for sure. 65 KB, 13 BPU(mine were more of a jump and hang) 8 DU. (can you tell that is a PR)Where ever you are, Mimi, you know I love you!
