  4. 9:30 225#. The dead lifts ate my lunch. Kinda dissapointed in my time. But I guess there's room for improvement.

  5. I can't remember my exact time but I was neck and neck with Emily the whole way and the infamous Brandon beat me by 35 seconds. So 6:27? Anyway, great WOD. Sam told me that my dead lift form was the best he'd ever seen. Progress is good.
