  1. Greetings from WARM southern utah. Our workout yesterday consisted of climbing the Red Cliffs by St. George. It probably wasn't as strenuous as the WOD. Guess that is why we workout so things like that are easier. Have a great week. We will see you all on Monday!

  2. I feel as if I was stronger on the sprints than I have been in the past. I am discouraged about my presses as far as the weight and form. I guess practice will make perfect.
