    Deryk has decided that since he can drive now, that he is too cool to go in the mornings with me. So he will have to post his own times :)
    Yesterday he got 170 on the snatch dead and 7:20 on the WOD.

    My 5:30 girls: I do miss you but I started falling asleep during the day. Lori, thanks so much for the 10#wall ball I used for sectionals. To the early morning sisters: Are either of you single?
    Had a Crossfit Moment at the recycling center. I loaded a freaking heavy metal switchboard into the car, using something like a squat clean move and went to the recycling center to get some big bucks. I started to unload it and the guy said,"Whoa, Mame. You're going to hurt something. Let me get that for you." "Well, who do you think loaded it in the first place?" I replied. "I don't care but we can't have you getting hurt here." So, he unloaded it and put it on the scale. "52 pounds," he shouted. "Give her $3.00."
