  2. This looks like a great workout, a chance to work on my DUs. HOLY CRAP we did the Iron Mile yesterday. People must have checked the website for the workout because very few of us fools showed up...26:57 35# bar...my body is revolting on me today. Have a great weekend

  4. I subbed strict pull ups for the dips.
    23:14.
    I did my second 50 DUs probably 2 full minutes faster than my first one. DUs, like a golf swing, work better then less you think about it.

  6. Marla and I did a modified version at the hotel. Subbed a 400 meter run for the DU's and did the lunges with 35lb dumbells for me and 15lb for Marla. Carried one in each hand. 19:53 for me, 18:10 for Marla.

    Did I mention that my posterior region is really sore...?

  7. I've just been diagnosed with butt button. When asked where I got it from I didn't give out any information so don't worry who ever thought up Friday's wod. A pathetic 29: something!
