  1. 13:57. 363 lunges. Too many weaknesses to fit into a 15 minute time frame, so I worked on POSE running. Sam videoed me with his new cool iPad and it was quite helpful!

  2. You did great, Doc! For skill I worked on squats and then box jumps--they still mess with my head but I'll get them some time! WOD: 16:56, 428 steps.

  3. Good to be back after a few days off. Needed to be done. Only 3 1/2 more weeks of school.
    Lori 20:09 422 lunges. 4 minutes faster and 46 less lunges than last time.

    For my skill I worked ou Kettlebell swings since they are my backs nemesis.
