    Oh how I've missed thee. Sadly 11:36 today. Not being there for a week killed, no more of that! However, glad to see some new faces today! Good job guys.

    Maybe the sisters will be on speaking terms with Sam tomorrow...you know your actions! :)

  2. Haven't done knees to elbows in awhile. Kind of like them. Last night's WOD for us 5rds 5-cleans,5-wall balls, 5-dips, 5-dead hang pullups. 11:03 75# clean,dips w/ band and kipping pullups. Sam I like the new paint job!
