  2. Well, we're back in the saddle; looks like Christmas Day at the gym with all the new toys. Santa must be proud of us and we must have been good boys and girls.   3. Wow it is great to be back doing the WOD again! Attendance at the 4:00 session was great! To save my tender shoulder, I subbed 5-5-5 timed back squats for the OHS (165) and 50# slam balls for the thrusters. 9:58.

    OHS 45, 55, 65 (one of my nemesis)- still working on shoulder mobility and form, but definitely better

  7. Hi everyone I'm Gracia, Julia's mom back here in Minnesota. I just love to read your posts and see the different workouts that you do. Sam shamed me into joining a crossfit gym(or maybe it was more of a fear of what he would do to me when I come to visit) Anyway I look forward to meeting all of you in June.
