    4 rounds+7 pullups
    my arms were fried! So the last set of double unders were almost impossible, held me back big time the last 5 minutes, Doc smoked me this time!

  3. 4 handstand push ups using one ab mat for my soft head. 5 rounds + pull-ups and 13 swings (substituting tuck jumps for double unders--otherwise I would never have finished the first round!)

  5. HANDSTAND FOR 1MIN 36SEC! SWEET SWEET. COMPLETED FOUR ROUNDS BUT DID TUCK JUMPS CUZ I AM SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO DOUBLE UNDERS
