Saturday 100522

WOD

as a team complete an "unknown number" of :
front squats
deadlift
burpees
pull ups

after all reps of the movements listed above are complete,
run 1600m as a team.  time stops at the completion of the run.

weights and number of reps will be decided after i see who and how many show up.

  1. This morning, it was Jen Heath and me as a team:
    60 front squats (95#)
    60 deadlifts (155#, axle grip)
    60 pullups
    60 burpees jumping over a hurdle
    Rowing 200 Calories
    Both working on different things at all times.
    Total time: 27:00. (I have to admit that Jen carried me in this WOD). Good job Jen!

    Jeff, you were a great partner. I might have carried you on some things, but you carried me on those axles! Those go to your back faster than regular ones for sure :)

  3. Julia and I were a great team. Learning to kick back a little on the rower is different and I am not the most coordinated with the overhead clap while jumping to the side over a hurdle, but we did great! 25:23 time. Thanx for pulling the last 5 off the skills sis!
