Any day I can keep up with Mimi and Matt Bond is a good day: 185# squats (same as Mimi and Matt). Time 14:13 if I remember aright. This work out is a hamstring killer. Mine are sore already. Hello torture roller!
Everyone in the 4:00 class did awesome! It was definitely endurance and strength! Killer trying to find my pace. Mimi you are seriously an animal! I looked at your back squat weight and couldn't help but laugh! You are amazing! Thanks Pam for cheering me on. 16:20 (85#)
17:09 was scared when I saw the word "heavy" after back squats; heavy for me today was 65#; tried to enjoy the run as much as Lori made the a.m. sound;
Haha Emily, moral of the story is "read wod carefully" I thought I was done after round 4, then Sam and Doc yelled one more round. 14:30 185#, Sadie glad I was able to bring a smile to your face during wod! Good work everyone!
I was there when Mimi found out she had one more round...The words she used would have even made my mom blush!! Haven't posted for awhile so here is my last couple of days... The Bear: 125lbs 8 rounds hangs and pullups: 15:08 Today: 13:55 with 225lb squats
Also on another note, I hope Sam will give serious consideration to banning wallballs in the new gym...I'd sure hate to see that nice new paint job get scuffed up!
What an absolutely beautiful morning to run! Did alot for my mood running in the sunshine.

ReplyDelete14:56 185# - Still working on improving my mobility/form on the squats. Running is definitely one of my least favorite things to do.
ReplyDeleteToday it was hard to know how hard to go and still have some in the tank for the squats.
We are out for the rest of the week. I'll keep an eye on the site to see how much fun y'all are having! :-)
I though we were suppose to do 10 back squats. #115 10 reps. 12 something.
