  3. 17 rounds plus 8 pushups. That is 2 less than my previous best. Sam suggested that I am doing better quality push-ups. There is something to that! No (or fewer) "snake" push-ups today!

  5. Split jerk 165# - technique needs work (heard that one before?). Ryan and Wayne were putting on quite a show on the split jerk.

    wod 17 rounds plus 3 pullups. All pushup rounds were unbroken. If only I wasn't such a slacker on the squats...

    started to snake my push-ups so moved to girlie ones, and did strict-ish pull-ups with green band.
