I did this WOD today (Saturday) with Justin Ammons at Community Park. The path at Community Park is 0.7 miles long so we did 3 laps for a total of 2.1 miles. 30 burpees after the first and second laps and 40 after the last lap. I forgot a timer so times are approximate: 30:00 for me and 50:00 for Justin. I ran the last lap POSE style and it went well!
Only did half the wod...14:16. Would've needed a push to do the 2nd half!
