  1. This looks like a WOD I would like! Yesterday we worked on L-Sits and HSPU. Our WOD - 4 snatch, 7box burpees, 10 DU.Short and sweet 7:35. My goal by 7-1 is 10 DUs in a row!

    Strength WOD: I did strict pull-ups 5-5-5-5-5 interposed with 1:30 planks.
    Metcon WOD: 30# renegades, 24" box. 6 rounds plus 5 burpees. I found myself trying to keep up with Sarah--but couldn't do it. She beat me by 3 or 4 reps. Great job Sarah!
